All prices in the Store are displayed in UK pounds Sterling and include VAT at the current rate where applicable.
To select products to purchase browse the shop categories and click on the “details” button for any product where you will be taken to the product page showing a larger image of the product and full details of the product. On that page enter the quantity you would like to order, select any product options as required and click on the “Add To Cart” button whereupon the product will be added to your shopping cart and the contents of your shopping cart will be displayed to you. From there you can either click on the “Checkout” to proceed with your order, or click on the “Continue Shopping” button to be taken back to the store where you can continue to browse.
You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the “Checkout” button. If you wish to adjust the quantity shown for any product in your cart enter the number required alongside the product in your shopping cart and click on the "Update Totals" button. To remove a product from your shopping cart check the box in the Select column alongside the product and click on the “Delete” button.
When you have finished adding products to your shopping cart click on the "Checkout" button to view your shopping cart and check the products, quantities and product options within your cart.
We offer two payment options: credit/debit card and paypal.
To pay by credit card click on the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the shopping cart to be taken to a page where you can enter your delivery details. When entering your details please ensure that the information you provide us with is complete and correct. After entering your delivery details click on the "Continue" button to go to the payment page where you can enter credit or debit card details in a secure environment. All our credit card card payments are processed by Paypal on a secure page. You do not need a paypal account to pay by credit card using Paypal.
To pay using your Paypal account click on the "Paypal" button at the bottom of the shopping cart and login to your paypal account. Credit Card Security Credit and Debit card payments are made through a secure environment using Paypal Pro that uses SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).
Credit or Debit card details are not held by Red Hen PromotionsLtd, nor Red Hen Promotions Ltd’s computer or internet systems.
Red Hen Promotions Ltd reserve the right to cancel any order without giving reason whereupon you will be issued with a full refund of product and delivery costs. You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days following receipt and inspection of the product(s) – see Returns below.
Upon successful payment you will receive email confirmation of your order, detailing your order number, items ordered, returns information, etc and this shall form a contract between you and CountrySmiths Ltd for the supply of goods ordered.
