Specialist milking equipment manufacturer Fullwood Limited has announced the appointment of Wendy Williams as the company’s new head of customer services at its production site on Grange Road, Ellesmere.
In her new role, Wendy will be responsible for liaising with the company’s UK based dealers as well as its international distributors across Europe and the rest of the world. Fullwood exports a range of milking parlour equipment and ancillaries throughout the world, where the expanding export market now accounts for more than 60% of the company’s overall turnover.
Wendy has worked in the customer services sector of the automotive component industry for many years, having previously been employed by Unipart Automotive in Morda near Oswestry. Wendy’s wealth of experience in dealing with customers and distributors on both a national and international level make her the ideal candidate for her new role.

Wendy lives were her husband Dave in Oswestry in the north west of Shropshire.
