The Farmhouse offers comfortable bed and hearty breakfasts, in a large family room with private bathroom or ground floor en-suite double room. The wild garden has drifts of snowdrops in late winter, wild flowers and leafy greenness in the summer. Walks through the farm and around Langshaw are popular with the guests, the local community woods at Wooplaw have many broad leaf trees with walks and points of interests noted. The southern upland way passes near the farm, which makes access to Lauder and Melrose by track a popular option. Melrose (5 miles) has a beautiful abbey, lots of lovely restaurants, shops and pubs.
