New screen brings latest technology to New Holland

A new, user friendly, touch screen display has been developed to join the New Holland stable of Precision Land Management products.

The new FM750 screen not only fits to New Holland’s tractor and combine guidance systems, but is versatile enough that it can be added to any other machine too.

The FM750 is a 20cm, 16:9 LCD Touch screen that is compatible with the new EZ-Remote Joystick. It has an enhanced user interface with a virtual alphanumeric on-screen keyboard.

The new FM750 screen is also compatible with the Field-IQ crop control systems for spraying, spreading and planting and has an integrated GNSS receiver that supports both the GPS and GLONASS satellite constellations.

As well as this, the screen is able to map and keep records and is even capable of wireless data transfer between the field and the office using Connected Farm solutions – an option that should soon be able across Europe.

The screen is compatible with manual guidance, EZ-Steer assisted steering, Autopilot integrated steering and IntelliSteer ready machines.

Parts and Services Market Leader, Roger Wahl, says the new FM750 screen will have broad appeal:

"Because of the FM 750’s new user friendly interface and the flexibility of the system, it’s an excellent asset for the farmer or contractor. It can be used for simple light bar guidance as well as full auto-guidance steering. The flexibility of this screen also means that it can be fixed to any machine – not just New Holland tractors and combines – again, a really convenient option for the farmer."
