The person appointed for this role will need to be a team player, have previous experience in free-range flock management, will genuinely care and understand flock husbandry, and have the ability to maintain our high standards of animal welfare.
The role will include:
• Full responsibility for all aspects of poultry production • Management responsibility of the poultry team • Liaison with customers and suppliers
