Stewart Tower Dairy

Situated in the heart of beautiful Perthshire our Holstein cows graze the green pastures of Stewart Tower producing quality milk which we use to make specialist Italian Gelato style ice cream here on the farm.

Due to poor returns from dairying - and no longer content to supply milk only as a wholesaler - we decided to add value to the milk produced by our cows at Stewart Tower Farm. As lovers of good ice cream, and with a lack of ice cream manufacturers in the area, we made the decision to produce our own high quality ice cream using fresh whole milk from our own herd. This is how Stewart Tower Dairy began.

Stewart Tower Ice Cream can be experienced by visiting our large parlour located in converted steadings on the farm. You can savour the flavour and creaminess of our ice cream whilst sitting in the converted roundhouse or on the purpose built patio overlooking the Strathmore valley.
