We are farmers and traditional West Country butchers offering a wide range of excellent farm shop produce for sale via our on-line shop.

In the Spring we have pheasant eggs for domestic consumption, crayfish from the river Kennet, local asparagus, gulls eggs and wild brown trout from the river Test. In the Autumn we take in from the local shoots, game which we have supplied as either eggs, chicks or poults to include grouse (from Yorkshire) partridge, mallard, teal and widgeon, together with pheasants, hares and rabbits and throughout ten months of the year, we have wild venison from Salisbury Plain . All these birds and the game are then dressed (oven ready), for despatch by courier to our customers. At Christmas we also produce for sale turkeys, geese, hams and Scottish smoked salmon.
