Having identified a clear need for relief services amongst local dairy farmers, Sandy Sharp established AGS Farm Services (Ilminster) Ltd in 1973. Sandy, a dairy farmer's son has more than 35 years experience in both dairy and general farming.

The business has grown from a single relief milker (Sandy), to a company now providing relief and contract milking services to more than 100 farms and we have over 85 staff on our books. All our staff are qualified and experienced herds-people. Several of our herdsmen have been with the company for more than eighteen years.
