Parc

The land at Llechwedd Erwent lies above and to the west of the original farmstead (not included), via which access to the land is gained. It is a long domed ridge of mountain land running east to west.

It lies in a single block and has been used for generations for sheep grazing and occasionally for cattle grazing. The large majority of the
land is classified as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).

The land has a perimeter fence, and part of its length has been replaced during the last 10 years. The natural water supply is from small streams and ponds.

It is proposed that on completion of the sale the purchaser leases the land back to the vendor, under a 10 year Farm Business Tenancy.
