Follow this road down to the riverside meadow and the land is situated on the right-hand side, fronting the roadway.
The land is very conveniently situated in the upper Wye Valley, on the edge of the Cambrian Mountains. It has good access off a quiet council roadway and it is just 0.75 miles off the A470 trunk road.
The land lies level, or on a gentle north-easterly slope and includes an area of open, natural woodland which provides excellent shade and shelter for livestock. It is shown edged pink on the attached plan.
The land has a natural water supply.
The land is sold subject to and with the benefit of all wayleaves, easements and rights of way declared and undeclared.
