Land at Club Lane

From Builth Wells take the A483 over the Wye Bridge to the roundabout. Turn right towards Llandrindod Wells. Follow this road up the hill, along a straight and take the next turning left onto Club Lane. Go past the turning to Garden Cottage and the land is on the right-hand side.

The land is conveniently situated just out of the Wye Valley, being approximately two miles north of Builth Wells and one mile from the RWAS Showground at Llanelwedd. It has access directly off an unclassified roadway, just two hundred metres off the main A483.

The land lies level or gently undulating and is divided into four enclosures (see plan). There are the ruins of a stone building in NG3158 which could be easily re-roofed to provide a very useful field shelter. Laid to pasture, there is a mains water supply to a field trough between NG1360 and 0558 and the land slopes down to the western boundary, where it adjoins a green lane to Pencerrig Home Farm.

The land is crossed by 11.000 volt oversails and there is a transformer in NG3158. Mains water is connected.
