College Farm

College Farm, extending to some 311 acres (126 Hectares), is set within the rolling landscape of west Northumberland close to Haltwhistle and the Tyne Valley.

College Farm is a perfect example of a Northumbrian livestock farm encompassing a good mix of permanent pasture including some 62.30 acres (25.21 hectares) capable of being mowed and benefitting from the lands southerly aspect.

The Farm is served by a publicly maintained road providing access to much of the farmland as well as College Farmstead and the commercial site at Wrytree. All of the remaining land and lots can also be accessed from public roads.
