Santander appoints new Head of Agriculture

Santander Corporate & Commercial has appointed Richard Newell as the new Head of Agriculture.

Newell will lead the team of Agriculture Relationship Directors across the UK who specialise in working with local agricultural businesses and will be responsible for developing new customer relationships as the bank looks to expand further into the sector.

Newell has previously worked for HSBC, Clydesdale Bank and as an independent consultant. He has 30 years of experience working in the industry.
