Organic growth as partnership between Yeo Valley and The Cheese Company develops

The Cheese Company and one of the biggest organic brands, Yeo Valley, have launched a new range of family sized packs of organic cheddar. The great tasting organic cheddar is made at The Cheese Company's award winning Taw Valley creamery and is a major step forward in expanding and developing the Yeo Valley organic cheese brand.

This new distinctively packaged range means that cheese lovers can now get their favourite cheddar in a more practical 400g pack. Shoppers can make sure their families benefit from eating organic produce and can be certain it is made from fresh, natural ingredients which make up Yeo Valley Chedddar's distinctive flavour.

Neil Kennedy, Managing Director of The Cheese Company, commented. "Our strategic partnership is already proving that by harnessing the power of the Yeo Valley brand and the cheese making expertise of The Cheese Company we can grow the market for organic cheese. The launch of a family sized cheddar range will further support this by responding to the growing demand for quality organic cheese with a delicious flavour."

The tasty assortment of cheddars: Mild, Medium, Mature and Extra Mature, are available from Tesco, Asda, Waitrose, Co-op, Nisa and Budgens in 320g and 400g sizes. They have already proven successful at teasing customers' taste-buds at sampling events across the country including the recent Organic Food Festival held in Bristol.
