TV presenter Adam Henson has joined forces with New Holland in a bid to give Britain’s agricultural industry a boost.

Adam has taken delivery of his new New Holland T7050 Auto Command and it’s come complete with a patriotic Union Flag painted on the bonnet.

The red, white and blue embellishment on Adam’s tractor is highly symbolic – it’s flying the flag for both British manufacturing and British farming.

New Holland has produced the Union Flag decal to highlight the fact that these tractors are Built in Britain, giving the UK’s manufacturing base a much needed boost.

Adam says his new T7050 tractor, complete with its Union Flag, underlines his message that we should support British farmers and British produce:

"At the Cotswold Farm Park we are on a mission to promote British agriculture: We call it ’Passion in British Farming’ and we’re very keen to get the message out about the quality and integrity that is at the heart of British agriculture – and the passion of farmers that underlies everything they do. I think driving about in the New Holland T7050 – with its Union Flag on the front is a good way to convey that!"

The T7050 was chosen, after careful consideration, by Adam’s Arable Manager, Martin Parkinson. The tractor, from TH White in Toddington, will be used for ploughing, drilling and cultivating. Adam says that the after sales support, technical back up and New Holland warranty were all important considerations during the selection process.

Richard Amphlet a salesman at TH White has known Adam for some years:

"Adam has been a customer of TH White’s for a long time – and his father was before him. Adam asked for the Union Flag decal because it ties in so well with his campaign to promote Passion in British Farming - at the same time it highlights the fact that the tractor was built in Britain – and this is a fact that New Holland is very proud of."
