More than 1,000 lots entered for plant and machinery auction

More than 1,000 lots, including a good selection of tractors, telehandlers, loadalls harvesting and cultivation equipment and accessories, will be going under the hammer at Shrewsbury Auction Centre on Friday, October 4.

Auction centre manager Nick Hyne is delighted with the entry for Halls’ popular bi-monthly plant and agricultural machinery collective auction.

He said the entry of tractors and machinery, which includes JCB and Manitou telehandlers and loadalls, would suit a wide range of buyers, with estimates from £500 to around £25,000.

Plant machinery entries include a Case 13 tonne excavator and a Hitachi three tonne mini digger.

There are also 40 trailers, including Ifor Williams models, livestock handling and feeding equipment and a large entry of garden effects, including sandstone mushrooms bases and troughs.
