Barrie Hunt has been appointed Marketing Manager for Interfarm UK Ltd., the agricultural supply company selling an expanding range of agricultural and horticultural products to distributors throughout the UK.
"Hot on the heels of Stuart Sutherland’s recent appointment as Business Development Manager, this is a newly created position for our rapidly expanding company and we are delighted that Barrie is rejoining us at such an exciting time in our development. Barrie is a well-qualified and highly experienced manager who has enjoyed a successful and diverse career in sales, technical and marketing with a number of leading crop protection companies. Barrie Hunt has over twenty five years experience working in the agrochemical industry throughout the UK and Europe. Since gaining a BSc (Hons) in Applied Biology from the University of Hertfordshire, he has held a number of increasingly senior commercial, technical and marketing roles with key agrochemical manufacturers and suppliers, including Bayer CropScience, Cheminova and Monsanto.
