Over a long weekend, budding and experience anglers alike enjoyed their sport in the hope of landing their biggest ever catch – a £10,000 prize offered by the CLA Game Fair in the Fish for a Fortune competition.
All those who caught a fish in the stunning setting of the Ragley Hall Estate were entered into a prize draw, and it was lucky angler Andrew Dunn from Jersey whose name was plucked from hat on Sunday afternoon.
CLA Game Fair Director Andrew Crawford said: "Congratulations to Andrew, who I'm sure will re-investing some of his prize into the sport! I am delighted at the tremendous reception we've received from the angling fraternity over the event, and look forward to welcoming them all back for next year's CLA Game Fair at Blenheim Palace."
