Caroline replaces Dennis at RECO
Dennis Martins, a well known personality in agriculture machinery sales in the Midlands and Eastern England, is leaving the industry after 30 years with Rustons Engineering.
He is being replaced as area sales manager by Caroline Ward, a farmer's daughter who has worked for Lafarge Aggregates for the last three years.
'For most of the last 30 years Dennis has covered an area for Reco extending from West Yorkshire down to Staffordshire and has provided excellent service to his dealers and their farmer customers', said Richard Ruston, the managing director. 'He has much to be proud of in his career, and he leaves us with gratitude for a job well done and our best wishes for the future.
'At the same time we are delighted to welcome Caroline Ward, who is fulfilling her ambition to return to the agriculture industry and is eager to build on the success of her predecessor in working as a business partner with her customers.'
Caroline continues to be involved with the family farm, and her interests include equestrian sports and property renovation. She joins Reco from a successful sales role with Lafarge Aggregates, looking after a wide range of customers following promotion two years ago from an internal sales management position.
