Buying team strengthens at Countrywide

Countrywide has announced the appointment today to its retail team of Dave Maryon as its new Seasonal Buyer.

Responsible for the buying categories of gardening, hardware, heating and shooting, Dave will be tasked with maximising sales within these groups.

Dave, who joins from a strong retail background including a previous spell of 15 years at Countrywide within store management and the buying office, will be based at Countrywide's Witney office and will report to the company's Senior Buyer.

"Countrywide strives towards creating 'win/win' opportunities to put the best product lines in place for our customers," explains Dave. "I am looking forward to contributing my own ideas and efforts to that of the team to ensure that the products within my categories are on target and fulfilling customers' expectations."
